We got the grant!

Alameda Health Consortium is pleased to announce that we have received a generous grant from HealthNet® through its Community & Infrastructure Investment Program to help all eight of our member Community Health Centers enroll patients in Medi-Cal through expanded outreach.

The economic challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic have created additional hardships and this funding will help us to continue to reach our most vulnerable community members. With this grant funding we’ll be able to expand our outreach and enrollment efforts to our hardest to reach patient population, including: those with limited English proficiency, culturally diverse groups (African American, AAPI, and Latinx), and mixed immigration status individuals.
