La Clinica & Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center Help Expand Mental Health & Wellness Services for Latinx Communities

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the new website for the Cultura y Bienestar (CyB) program, led by La Clínica de La Raza in close partnership with Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center and La Familia Counseling Inc.

This platform is a significant milestone in CyB’s ongoing mission to provide culturally relevant mental health and wellness services to the Latinx community. You can visit the site here.

Cultura y Bienestar was born from a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the Latinx community. It serves primarily as a mental health prevention and early intervention program focused on promoting wellness and building individual and community resiliency among Latinx and Indigenous residents of Alameda County.

This program is rooted in a holistic mental health approach, one that honors and integrates the rich cultural heritage and traditions central to our community members’ lives. The new website reflects this mission, offering an accessible and comprehensive resource where individuals and families can find support tailored to their needs.
