Baywell Health Expands Healthcare for Students

Baywell Health is excited to join forces with Peralta Community College district to provide healthcare to students throughout the four Peralta colleges, including the newly opened Student Medical Clinic at Laney College.

Baywell’s in-person and telehealth healthcare services include:

PCCD Students
    • Primary care
    • Family planning
    • Pregnancy testing
    • STI/HIV testing
    • Pap smear
    • Substance use prevention programs
    • Violence prevention

The clinic is funded through student health fees and Baywell highly encourages the students to take advantage of the fees they’ve paid during registration so that they can get the care they need, when they need it, in a safe and secure setting.

Baywell Health has been serving Oakland communities for over 50 years, and they’re excited to continue to do so by engaging in campus events throughout all four Peralta campuses in hopes of keeping students healthy.
