Welcome to CHCN’s Plaza Suite!

If you are coming to the offices of Alameda Health Consortium or Community Health Center Network (CHCN), please visit our new Plaza Suite!

Having outgrown our space on the third floor, CHCN moved into our new space in September 2012. This move coincided with the completion of the Estudillo/Callan Parking Garage adjacent to our building, which was completed in November after two years of construction. Located on street level, the entrance to this office is in the newly remodeled plaza area between our 101 Callan Avenue building and the Wells Fargo Bank to the south.

You can find our main reception and our state of the art conference rooms in the Plaza Suite. Our mailing address remains the same.
